In fact I am not the only one promoting a younger lifestyle. The Ontario government has launched a program promoting the concept of "acting your shoe size" because of the related health benefits.
#1. If your shoes are between the sizes of 4 and 14 chances are likely acting the corresponding age means you will be getting a lot more exercise.
#2. Children between the ages of 4 and 14 usually don't smoke or drink. Instant health benefits by cutting out the smoking and drinking.
#3. Children don't drive a car, but they will walk or ride a bicycle. More exercise.
#4. Children enjoy playing. Play increases mental activity, boosts their immune system and increases neuro-cardiovascular health.
