Starting today, Monday Jun 6th, Vaisesika Dasa, a renowned Bhakti Yoga monk, will share with Torontonians the art of yoga for body and self control.

Coming up is a Yoga Lifestyle Festival, a ten day "spiritual adventure", the Annual Yoga Festival - InSpirit from June 16th to 26th. Go and hear from Monks like Devamrita Swami and Badahari Das who have been practicing Bhakti Yoga for over 40 years, inspiring people and sharing their experiences. Enjoy "soul stirring" musical meditations, insightful presentations and delicious Vegan cuisines.
