"The relationship between Bond and M is secure, and Felix (Leiter) is secure. Let's try and find where Moneypenny came from and where Q comes from. Let's do all that and have some fun with it," said Craig in an interview this past weekend.
Craig also said the Vesper Lynd story is over and complete and that there is "No f--king way! I'm done with that f--king story!" he is doing a third story about his lost love Vesper Lynd. "We've finished this story, as far as I'm concerned. We've got a great set of bad guys. Here's an organization (Quantum) we can use whenever we want to use it."If Daniel Craig has his way, the next James Bond movie will be more of a fun beach romp than a serious drama. "I want to lie on a beach for the first half an hour of the next movie, drinking a cocktail," a smiling Craig said.
Quantum of Solace, just passed the $500 million (U.S.) mark worldwide, and managed to sneak in an environmental message about the the world's fresh water supply, an accomplishment Daniel Craig is proud of.
